Varga Family African Adventure

The Varga Family enjoyed a 14 day African Adventure in Cape Town, along the Whale Coast and on safari.

“In summary, our trip to South Africa was the best trip we have EVER taken. We had such high expectations and it exceeded them at every turn. South Africa is such a beautiful country and the people are so nice. Our children said it was the best trip ever too- and it is hard to impress an 18 year old these days :)”

Personal Meet & Greets

One of my husband’s favorite parts about the travel experience was having your staff meet us at the airport.  When we landed in Johannesburg we were tired and it was so awesome to have a member of your team guide us through customs and the airport. Then when we landed in Cape Town, to have our sweet guide greet us, help with bags and take us to Babylonstoren was SO nice- no rental cars, directions, or stress!

We loved having a guide who was knowledgable and became part of the crew. It was also nice to have a van so we could all be together.

It was also great to have you in Cape Town so when the weather changed we could make adjustments. Everything was very well organized!

I LOVED this place. It was the perfect location to start our adventure. We arrived late in the evening and woke up to the most incredible views. The garden tour and biking was so relaxing and beautiful – Eating at the restaurant was a unique experience every meal. Jack went to his first wine tasting and tour and had a huge smile the whole time.

If we had had extra time, I would have stayed an additional day and visited some other wineries.

Cape Point

Our dreary day at Cape Point was one of our favorite! The views and ocean were so dramatic and the kids went crazy over the animal sightings. We had one of the best lunches ever at that touristy restaurant on top!  We highly recommend the seafood platter- everyone was able to sample.

Right outside the window while we ate was a mother baboon with her baby. It was crazy!!

Our guide Mervyn took care of getting our table at the restaurant while we toured around and everything was all set up for us when we returned! He was also good at telling us where to take pictures and keeping the baboons away from the car 🙂
