Madikwe Game Reserve is located in the country’s North West province on the border of Botswana. A short 45 minute flight from Johannesburg and easily accessible by car, this lush reserve spans 75 000 hectares. Its unique location, a transition zone on the edges of the Kalahari, provides distinctive game viewing and a habitat where rare species occur naturally. It is known as the only natural meeting place of the Springbok and the Kalahari Gemsbok in Africa.
