Magical Family Moments in Madikwe Game Reserve

After an easy 4 hour drive from Johannesburg (flying in is also possible), Mark, Kelly and their 3 young children arrived in the Madikwe Private Game Reserve. A family-friendly lodge gave the family the opportunity to experience the wonders of nature, wildlife and the eco-system first hand. The older kids could join in on the safari drives and the kids under five were able to enjoy a ‘bumble’ drive, which are a bit shorter, but still as exciting! Great kids activities are offered – thus ensuring an elightening and memorable bush experience. Lion, Elephant, Buffalo, White and Black Rhino, Leopard and Wild Dog are just some of the unique sightings in the 75000 hectare Big Five Reserve.

Following the morning game drive and a last sumptous breakfast, the family returned to Johannesburg, with fond memories of when the kids became ‘Bush Babies’.
