Your Timeless Journey Awaits...

2023 marks 21 years since my friends encouraged me to turn my hobby – helping people explore Africa – into a business.

I love the beginning of the year. It always feels ‘fresh’ and there is excitement in the air.

2023 marks 21 years since my friends encouraged me to turn my hobby – helping people explore Africa – into a business. While 21 years marks a coming of age, a transition into maturity, one thing that hasn’t needed to mature is my mission.

My mission at the start of this journey was the same as it is today: to turn people’s travel dreams into cherished memories and for them to fall in love with Africa and its people.

Our new website features some of the real trips, real people, and real memories we have created over the recent years. I am very proud to showcase this work, curated by our team who share my devotion to this magnificent continent.

Real Trip, Real People, Real Memories:

Explore our trip inspiration, inspired by journeys in Africa taken by real travellers who have trusted Timeless Africa Safaris with turning their dreams into memories.

Romantic Honeymoon

The most romantic of honeymoons; we put together a magical journey for them that whisked them through superb Cape Town, her surrounding Winelands, and the magnificent Sabi Sand Private Game Reserve. From hikes up Table Mountain to sea kayaking, wine tours, and Big 5 safaris, this couple could bask in their newlywed bliss while staying in the most luxurious accommodations in the city and in the wild.

Iconic Moments

The group wanted to mark a Milestone Birthday in Africa. Celebrations were planned in Cape Town, on Safari, and at the Victoria Falls. The group explored the best of Cape Town on a variety of private scenic, adventurous, and engaging tours, whilst staying at a boutique hotel, before flying to the iconic Sabi Sands Private Game Reserve for an incredible wildlife safari. They ended with adventure mixed with relaxation at a lodge set on the Zambezi River, just a few kilometers from the Victoria Falls.

African bucket list

An adventurous couple combined high adventure and rapturous romance in their enchanting 19-day trip through some of the prime locations and most exhilarating experiences that East Africa has to offer. Beginning with a Kenyan safari, they also took in the majestic Northern Serengeti, visited the gorillas of Rwanda, then rounded off their visit to the continent with a relaxing few days on the beaches of Zanzibar Island.

Shipwreck Lodge

Desert family adventure

This unique and exciting family adventure in Namibia offers the chance to see some of the world’s largest dunes from lofty heights, fun biking and nature walks, to an eagle-eye view of the vast Namibian landscapes on a flight from Sossusvlei to the Skeleton Coast, where an unrivaled location within the park affords fantastic opportunities for both wildlife viewing and desert adventures.

Milestone 70th Celebration

A trip to Africa is an excellent way to celebrate a milestone birthday in style! A vibrant, active couple from Los Angeles wanted their trip to Africa to be characterised by uber-luxury, Singita style. Our expert travel manager put together a combination of Rwanda and Singita Tanzania lodges, bringing together tented and homestead-style accommodations for a varied, exciting holiday experience.

I trust and hope that this showcase will inspire you to share African travel stories with family and beyond – stories sow seeds, seeds sprout, and grow into travel plans – and every visit to Africa makes a difference.
