We adored the trip you put together. Cape Town was great… the drive through the Winelands was wonderful… the safari was great… the kids enjoyed the waves and the sea at Plettenberg Bay… The food was absolutely wonderful everywhere we went. All together we had a wonderful trip thanks to you!

Marco is the Gold Standard for YPO Africa Safaris. As a YPO member and former International Board member, his company is my best recommendation. I have been on seven safaris and have had extraordinary experiences when Marco’s company has taken care of me.

“Thanks very much for your help in planning and putting the details together for our trip to Cape Town and Londolozi. We had a truly fabulous time, greatly enhanced by Ali’s thoughtful and considerate guidance in Cape Town. Londolozi was beautiful and most impressive, and all our travel between Cape Town, Londolozi and the return to Johannesburg was flawless. La Petite Ferme, in Franschhoek, was a true delight for lunch on our tour the next day. Thanks again for putting together a most enjoyable but far too short visit to your country. We hope to be back again, soon.”

“Thank you for encouraging us to come to Franschhoek. I think it is now my favorite place in the world. Leeu [Estates] is excellent and the vineyard property out of this world. We have decided to spend our last day here and have already contacted Ali to pick us up tomorrow at 4pm to head straight to the airport. This has been the perfect way to end our amazing 2 week African family adventure.”

“Just wanted to say thank you for sending us to Angama. This place is so unbelievable I am lost for words – it feels like this is one of the top resorts I have ever been to. Amazing atmosphere and peaceful vibe. Also thank you for the gift packs I just love the lightweight caps for tennis – you are taking it to another league beyond my wildest expectations. I am going to tell everyone about this place!”

“Simply an extraordinary adventure! The family had a truly amazing experience with our first introduction to Africa and you co-ordinated it expertly. Very much appreciated. Our final two nights in Cape Town were wonderful and the One&Only accommodations were perfect. We will recommend you highly to our friends.”

“Overall, this may be the best trip we have ever taken. We loved every day, every moment and every exciting experience. The safari part was the very best. Botswana was wonderful, seeing the animals up close was mind-boggling. Mombo and Zarafa should be highly recommended to anyone looking for a special safari experience. Mombo had the very best game viewing and Zarafa was a close second. The guides at both camps are very special and they truly make the trip since you are with them seven hours a day. The camp hosts are wonderful in that they made us feel like invited house guests. The accommodations are over the top.

Cape Town and the Stellenbosch was also very worthwhile but they simply can not compete with the animals. We really enjoyed the food and sights in the Cape Town area. It is a beautiful city with friendly and welcoming people. The wine country is stunning. What beauty and what great wines to taste. Leeu Estates was unique and we would also recommend it.

Louise you did a great job organizing our trip. Your work was faultless. Your creativity was essential and much appreciated. You made everything seamless and oh so easy. We would not hesitate for a second to recommend you to others.
Thank you for your guidance, your direction and your patience. We love you a lot. Many, many thanks”

“I want to take the time to thank you both for the tips and advice you provided our family with for Cape Town. We LOVED the city and hope to return one day soon. Our safari to Botswana was one we will never forget and the three days in Cape Town were amazing. Everything that TAS lined up (Chapman’s Peak Drive, Boulders, Cape Point, Two Oceans restaurant, Table Mountain, Cheetah rescue, Stellenbosch, etc.) was impeccable and we would highly recommend TAS to other friends.”

“We had a wonderful trip. This trip will certainly figure in our top 2-3 family vacations (and we do go on a lot of overseas vacations). Everything – from the hotels we stayed at, to the places we went, was perfect. There was not a single glitch anywhere – which is uncommon in a two week packed trip. I would also like to mention our guides (Terrance, Helen, Natasha) – they really made our trip enjoyable and memorable. We got to know them really well and developed a bond with them.
We loved the people of the country – very warm, kids friendly and helpful. Going in, we thought Safari will be the highlight – and in many ways it was … but every part of the trip had its own highlight. Another highlight was the quality of food and wine – which quite honestly we expected to be good but not as good as it was.
I will certainly advise others looking to go to South Africa to connect with you.
We are already thinking about our next trip to Africa…
Thank you again!
Sahay”

“Having a qualified guide during our time in Cape Town made a tremendous difference to our experience. Our guide was much more than a driver. His sole aim was to see that we had the very best time in Cape Town, saw everything we wanted to see, and learned as much as we could about the history and culture of South Africa. We never had to worry about needing directions, where to go, where to park a car, nothing. It was “white glove” service and certainly worth the cost. Our ‘Cultural Day’ was a visit to a township – this was one of the most memorable experiences of our time in Cape Town. We have three teenage daughters who benefited from seeing the beauty and getting an inside perspective of how people live in townships. We will never forget the time we spent at the preschool with these beautiful young children.”
