OUR RESTAURANT OF THE MONTH

GREENHOUSE RESTAURANT, Cellars-Hohenhort, Constantia

Greenhouse restaurant is ranked as one of South Africa’s Top 10 Restaurants and is overseen by Chef, Farrel Hirsch, at The Cellars-Hohenort hotel. Chef Farrel loves finding new ‘foreign’ flavours and combinations that one would never imagine would go well together. To him it’s not just about going for dinner, it’s about the experience and how you feel during the meal and after you leave the dinner table at the Greenhouse restaurant.
